Unit G-205 is a luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom, plus bunk room condominium in the gated complex of Adagio. Approximately 1800 square feet heated and cooled, 2100 square feet of living space including balcony. Ours is an end unit on the second floor, providing extra windows and panoramic views of the complex, at the end of the building closest to the beach. We are as close to the beach as you can be without paying the Gulf front rental prices. There are ocean views from our unit and balcony. The unit features travertine floors, granite and travertine countertops, stainless kitchen appliances, icemaker, wine cooler, and washer and dryer.
The master bedroom offers a king bed with a full bath with double shower heads, double vanities and a jetted tub. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed and full private bath.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, and a full bath shared with the hallway. Bunk room sleeps 2 more.
There is also a stairwell right outside our door for easy access, without the need to use the elevator. We are directly pool front to an 8000 square foot tropical pool with fountains. The complex also has a gulf front heated pool, large hot tub, and complete fitness center overlooking the tropical pool. Adagio is located right in the heart of Highway 30-A, with easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, and Destin, which are all only a few minutes away.
We are also directly situated on a 17 mile bike path which runs the length of Highway 30-A, with a full service bike shop one block away. There are innumerable great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The beaches are the absolute finest in the world.
