House has been completely remodeled plus all new furniture. Enjoy a barbeque by your own private pool or fish off the dock. TV's and DVD's in all bedrooms. Seascape is comprised of two separate, upgraded units, each of which contains 2000 square feet of living space, three spacious bedrooms, three baths, wrap around balcony and upgraded appliances in the kitchens in each unit. A beautiful private in-ground pool looks out on the canal with a boat dock into the canal. Seascape is available for rental as one property or two separate units. Rent week to week during peak months
100 yards from house is 282 acres with 1.4 miles of beautiful, white Gulf Beach sand - National park - protected habitat. No high rises or condos within miles.
