Beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath, 4th floor (top)condo with gorgeous Gulf of Mexico view. The property has a pond, picnic tables and grills near the heated pool. The well maintained grounds are landscaped with tropical palms. This stunning unit has been completely renovated with upgraded appliances, granite countertops, new flooring, brand-new mattresses and much,much, more. Each queen bedroom has its own private full tub bathroom. The living area floor is ceramic tiled. The sleep sofa is also queen sized. There are bunk beds in the hall for children. The kitchen is full size and is well equipped with the latest appliances and cooking equipment. The sink faces to the balcony and to a beautiful hop up bar with swivel bar stools. It is softly lighted with pendant lamps which gives a cozy atmosphere. The dining room has seating for six and it is enhanced with direct lighting as well. From the large balcony, equipped with table and lounge chairs, you can see the pool to your right, the Gulf in front and the Gulf Islands National Seashore to your left. For your safety the unit is near a stairway but also convenient the elevator. The beach is just beyond the pool and is a short walk via a private boardwalk. We live near our condo and oversee its condition at all times. It is our pride and joy and we know that you will enjoy it!

Our beautiful, upgraded,elegant condo is located next to the world famous Gulf Islands National Seashore for fishing, swimming, hiking. Our beaches are so white and clean and one of Florida's best kept a secrets. Deep sea fishing, numerous golf courses, famous Florabama restaurant, huge nearby Alabama Rivera Center outlet shopping, historic downtown Pensacola are all nearby. With many seafood restaurants, famous Joe Patti Seafood Market, home of the Blue Angels precision flying team and the renowned National Museum of Navy Aviation and historic Fort Barrancas, this is a great vacation location. Pensacola offers free concerts all summer in Seville Square. The area hosts many art festivals. Pensacola Pelicans baseball team, Pilots Ice Hockey,and Pensacola Symphony provide good family entertainment. Come and explore Big Lagoon State Park which provides many boardwalks and nature trails to get to know the real bayous of Florida.

				Low Season Price:	$800 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,000 per Week

we prefer to rent by the week but will consider other requests. Our spring season is March 29-May 10 $800/week. early summer is May 10 - June 14 $900/week, summer is June 14- August 9 $1000/week, late summer is August 9 - Sept 6 $850/week. From September -March we rent for $1300/month or $650/week. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at time of last payment which would be 45 days before arrival. Taxes are 11.5% and the cleaning fee is $60 which are NOT included in the rates. We require a 35% deposit to hold a reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $80 fee. Guests forfeit their deposit if cancellations are made less that 30 days before arrival. Renters must be 25 years or older. No pets and no smoking, please. This is a quiet resort!
