This unit is on the 17th floor and has a spectacular unit. It has three bedrooms, two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows facing the gulf, with access to gulf front patio. The second room has a full size bed, the third room has two twin beds with access to 2nd bathroom. There is a laundry room conveniently located in the unit with a full size washer and dryer; kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including coffee pot, and blender. The complex offers a gulf side swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, and business center. There is on site parking with overflow parking across the street next to the tennis courts. The lobby has wireless internet and DVD rentals. Beach service is included in the price between March and October which includes two chairs, umbrella, set up where you would like.

Perdido is a very low key, family oriented area with small shops and some great restaurants. If you are looking for more action, 30 minute drive to Gulf Shores offers plenty of shopping, including outlet mall in Foley, water slides, go carts, restaurants, etc.

In Pensacola you can visit NAS Pensacola, Home of the Blue Angels. The Naval Aviation Museum is a must!!!

We require a $200 security deposit that is refunded to you within 14 days of your departure, as long as everything is as it was when you arrived and all terms in agreement are met. We request that the rent be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, unless other arrangements are made. We do accept credit cards with a 4%processing fee but also accept cashier’s check, money order, or certified check.
