It exudes a warm cottage feel of beach homes of the past with an open kitchen, dining and living area extending onto a large deck with spectacular water views and sunsets. It is perfectly located between the Gulf and the Sound, bordering miles of national seashore with nature at its finest. Tennis courts and pool are on site, with nearby fine dining and shopping. Relax on the beach, lounge in the pool and enjoy the great sunsets - this will be a vacation you and your loved ones will always remember. 
 
Pensacola beach is a unique barrier island, with the whitest beaches anywhere in the country - ideal for long, uninterrupted runs, swimming, surfing, kite-flying, dolphin viewing, shelling and fishing. At times you'll feel like you have the beach to yourself as we are located right on the national seashore. Our townhome borders the Gulf and the Sound - the best of both worlds.  
 
We are 3 hrs from New Orleans with all its festivals and incredible restaurants. Destin, just 45 minutes away, is great for shopping and also Seaside village with it's unique charm. Pensacola has wonderful museums and a lovely downtown, including Seville square with it's nightlife and music. The navel air museum is a must see, and home to "the Blue Angels" who fly over the beach in July and Nov from the nearby base. Our location is only a 15 min drive from Pensacola airport, and 1 hr from Ft. Walton.  
 
The beach itself hosts many festivals and nightly music. Weekly during the summer is a 'blues on the beach' concert where you can relax on the sand, cocktail in hand, and enjoy the sunset!

Looking out over a wildlife meadow you can often view moose, and mountain birds abound. You'll see it all from inside, but the skiing, hiking, sailing, and shopping are all close by for you to enjoy.
    The bus stop is located just feet from our Silverthorne vacation rental. Simply step outside and catch the bus that comes by every hour during the off-season and every 30 minutes in the peak season. From here you can access anything in summit county including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon.
