Casablanca is a 4br/2 1/2 bath, private beach house in a community with 3 other houses around a beautiful pool and patio which is fence and gated for privacy. Our 3 covered balconies overlook our pool and the Gulf. The pool is our front yard, about 15 steps from our door and the beach is located across the street about 100 steps away. We are actually closer to the beach in distance than more condos that sit directly on the beach!
The house is professionaly designed and decorated with our guests in mind. We have everything you need for a beach vacation. The first floor has the kitchen/dining area, family room with a queen sofa sleeper, half bath and the porch/patio leading to the pool. The Second floor has the laundry room, 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a jack and jill style bathroom, one of the bedrooms has a private balcony. The third floor consist 2 more bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds and the master bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony that views the pool the entire Gulf. Our house is best suited for families and those wanting a quieter vacation. All four houses are available for rent for weddings, family reunions or just a group of friends wanting to vacation together.
We do not allow pets, smoking or groups of college or high school students. We don't have hotels or high rise condos in our immediate area so you don't have to deal with crowds or the traffic. The West End is more like the "Old Florida" style vacations many of us had as children.
