$100.00 cleaning fee and 12.11% Florida Tax added to all rentals. $250.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit and 25% of rental required at time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In the event The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation for Bay County due to a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane" during your stay, we will refund any unused portion of rental fee.
