Bring your family and spend your vacation in Susan's Deluxe Golf Villa at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort, a gated, luxurious playground. Enjoy the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast and the blue Gulf of Mexico while staying at our "home away from home." Our golf villa is bright and beautifully furnished, just updated and freshly painted ground floor, deluxe end unit (1300 sq. ft.). It easily sleeps 8 with one king bed, two queens, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. We have furnished our unit in tropical decor with all the comforts of home, including cable TV, HBO and other premium channels in the living room and both bedrooms. A seasonally heated pool is adjacent to our building. A beautiful lagoon with a lighted fountain just outside our patio doors.

The villa side of the resort boasts a challenging 9-hole Par 3 golf course, several pools, lighted tennis courts, fully equipped fitness center, pro shop and Conference Center. A 6-minute walk through our beautiful resort brings you to the private pedestrian bridge to our wonderful 11,000 square foot Lagoon Pool with palm trees, islands, waterfalls, two hot tubs, as well as plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and listening to the live entertainment provided during spring, summer and fall. If you prefer, a tram runs regularly from the villas to the beach and back. Enjoy casual dining at the Oceans Barr and Grill which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner inside or outside on the patio. Or have a snack or your favorite drink at the Bimini Barr, Pizza from Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffer and a Krispy Kreme Doughnut or ice creat at Edgie's Market. A hair salon is also located on property.

In addition to our Par 3 golf course, The Hombre, a 27-hole championship golf course, is less than 5 minutes away. Restaurants, ice cream parlor, entertainment complex (including a sports bar, video games, skating, bowling, etc.) and miniature golf are across the street, and Ripley's Believe it or Not is nearby. A Publix Supermarket, video store, nail salon, card shop and icream parlor/fudge shop are directly behind the result. Pier Park, a new multi-use facility has just opened 5 miles down the road with 150 shops and restaurants and a multi-theatre cinema. Kinds young and old will enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park right around the corner, and Gulf World Marine Park just a short distance away. So much to do -- so little time.
