This beautifully furnished one bedroom, 1-1/2 bath townhome has lots of extras and is located in the quiet East side of Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach in the Largo Mar complex (directly on the beach Gulfside).

Our townhome has been renovated, with tile floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room and both bathroom areas. Carpet only on the stairway and in the bedroom. Queen bed in bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa in living room allows unit to sleep four comfortably.

Bedroom is located upstairs. Washer/dryer (with iron and ironing board) are also located on this upper level.

You will find all the conveniences of home in our full bath which includes a massage shower and wall-mounted hair dryer.

Ceiling fans are located on both levels for added comfort.

On the lower level, townhome has a tropical/jungle motif with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with adjacent living room and dining room area and convenient half bath. Half bath also has a wall mounted hair dryer.

A door separates the unit at the bottom of stairway to allow for for sleeping privacy between the levels.

TVs on both levels have cable with HBO and both TVS have VCR/DVD. Board and card games along with some videos located in lower level TV cabinet.

Relax on our private balcony located on the lower level that overlooks the pool, hot tub and shuffleboard court with gulf view. Another private balcony is also located off the upper level bedroom.

Wireless Internet access available in complex gameroom. Gameroom also has pool table, video games and exercise equipment. Restrooms adjacent to office and gameroom. Shuffleboard court located next to pool and hot tub areas in courtyard.

Beach chairs and umbrellas available for daily rental on beach in front of complex.

Linens and towels are furnished for use in the unit only ... bring your own beach towels.

Townhome has a dedicated parking space right outside door for added convenience. Night security guard on duty.

This beach townhome is easy to locate. The complex is accessible to all major attractions in the area, shopping, the finest restuarants and beautiful St. Andrews State Park where you can watch the dolphins play from shore! Boat rentals available in nearby Marina along with deep sea fishing charters.

The Largo Mar complex is located approximately 15 minutes away from Panama City downtown airport and major shopping areas.

Local rental agent is on-site at Largo Mar and available Monday through Friday during business hours for check-in. Lockbox at office for after hours check-ins.

No pets. No smoking in unit please. Children welcome/family friendly complex. Must be 25 years old to rent townhome and ID required for onsite check-in.

New Jimmy Buffet restaurant and huge shopping area (Dillards, Target ... etc.) just opened at Pier Park on beach. Largo Mar complex is near the best resturants in the area and within mile of St. Andrews State Park where you can watch the dolphins play!
