New luxurious "Spanish Key" home with private pool is located in the heart of Panama City Beach . Within walking distance to fine restaurants, dancing, boat charters, jet skiing and the world most beautiful beaches! 
 
The home has three spacious bedrooms, three a half large baths, and three covered decks for gulf viewing with a private pool. The bedrooms are located on the first two floors. There is also a spectacular third story loft with a wet bar, 52 inch screen TV, "U" shaped sofa seating and a panoramic 450 sq. ft sun deck complete with gazebo and outdoor dining table. The furnishings are designed with the finest of Florida luxury in mind. 
 
Each bedroom has its own private bath, TV, and premium mattresses and linens for a RELAXING stay. There are granite countertops throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The spacious home also has 10-14'ceilings throughout the home. 
 
Just footsteps to the famous powder white sand beaches. “Spanish Key" is located on the south side of Thomas Dr., no busy streets to cross. Safer for families walking to and from the beach. Located just steps to St. Andrews State Park ,a quarter of a mile to the marina, Capt. Andersons Restaurant, Schooners, Treasure Ship, Pirate Ship (for kids) and many others. Even enjoy grilling out overlooking the private pool!! 
 
Local owners, Ashlie and Chris Overman oversee the property and management during your stay.

    • The beach is a two minute walk from the front door. St. Andrew's State Park is 8/10th of a mile from our Spanish Key Home. Panama City Beaches Airport is a 20 minute drive. Near the home is Grand Lagoon which is a fantastic place to rent jet skis, pontoon boats or charter a deep sea fishing trip. Nicholas golf courses to miniature golf are all within a 5 minute drive from our home and grocery stores are within 1-2 miles!
