"Close Enough" This stunning two bedroom, two bath cottage sits just yards from the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Ocean breeze keeps you refreshed and bug free as you sit and relax on the back deck or under the front porch. This cottage will have you completely relaxed in no time. It is tastefully decorated in beach decor while being very comfortable and user-friendly.

No elevators here. Just pull up to your private parking spaces and walk right in the door. It even has a small covered area to park your motorcycle. When you step into the door you enter the great room. It has a large corner sofa with a recliner and a pull-out queen bed. Next to the sofa are two large recliners. To keep you entertained there is a large screen TV with Surround Sound, DVD, Hi Fi VCR and a CD/stereo system. All three TV's have expanded cable with movie channels and game hook-ups.

Family games, books, and movies are provided. The kitchen is to your right it has a Charleston South Carolina atmosphere. It boasts a large dining area with a long table and six chairs. It just calls 'let's sit talk and share a meal'. The kitchen is fully stock with all the needed equipment. Ice maker, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc. There is even a work station for your dreaded laptop with a phone jack hook up. Wifi is also available.
The main bedroom has a shabby chic tropical theme with a queen bed with a great mattress. This can be your own private retreat when you have had enough family time. It has Cable TV with DVD/VCR.
The second bedroom has a nautical theme and is set up for the kids or extra family. It has 2 sets of bunks. One twin/twin the other twin/full. It has a TV with expanded cable and a VCR . Both baths have large showers. The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.

Outside there are bikes, Gas Grill, Charcoal grill, Chairs for lounging front and back, beach chairs, umbrella, and even a float or two. All that is missing is you.

If you must work there is a land line and all major phone service is available. Tmobile, Verizon, Altel, all my pagers work even my two-way pager. There is Wifi available for short term time and several wifi free internet cafe' within a few minutes. The resort has free Wifi at both pools and office.

    • The resort boosts private beach access with a large pool right off the beach. There is also a pool on the bayside of the resort. We have a private boat ramp with a large dock to tie up to. There is an additional fee the resort charges for boat, pwc, or more than one car. The world famous Captain Andersons and Treasure Ship is just around the corner. The brand new Pier Park in about a 10 minute drive. You can have dinner at Jimmy Buffets Margartiaville and sometimes Jimmy even stops by. We personally saw him in April when we were having a Cheese Burger in paradise. He has family in the area and the story is he stops by this location more than most. Right now the resort charges $25 to register the first car. Golf cart comes with unit and is included in rent. There is a separte security deposit for the use of the golf cart.

    • Resort offers free, mini golf, tennis, basketball, nice playground, peir fishing and shuffleboard.
    Resort is right next to St. Andrews State Park. It offers a large fishing pier on the Gulf, hiking, snorkling, nature watching, kayak rentals, pontoon boat rentals, and trips to Shell Island.
    Also right around the corner is Captain Andersons Fishing Fleet and numerous charter boats.

Total due 2 weeks before check in. Monthly off season Oct - Feb. $850 per month. Off Season $90 In Season $125 (Spring Break/Easter Mem-Labor Day)
