Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy the finest and most spacious accommodations on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". With expansive windows in every room, you will experience breathtaking sunrises, unobstructed views of miles of pure white sandy beaches and emerald waters, indescribably glorious sunsets, and the lights of the coast and Panama City after dark. The total living area of our beach house is over 2300 square feet, so there is plenty of room for one or more families to enjoy their holiday without feeling crowded. Each of our bedrooms has its own private bathroom arranged within the condo so that each is its own suite. Our master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, two three-drawer dressers, a comfortable chair and ottoman, writing desk, and a two-door amoire with TV and DVD player. The master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet, double vanity with counter-high sinks, tiled two-head shower, separate Jacuzzi tub, and enclosed commode area. Another suite has a king-sized bed with two-drawer nightstands on each side, a three-drawer dresser, full length mirror, double door wide closet, its own TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combo. The third suite has two double beds with a two-drawer nightstand in between, two five-drawer dressers, full length mirror, double door wide closet, TV with VCR, and private bath with a tub/shower combo. The Great Room has a comfortable living room and a less formal "family" area. The living room has a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps on each side, coffee table, a plush lounge chair, stocked bookcase with CD player, and overstuffed chair. The family area has a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two swivel chairs and armoire with a TV, DVD player and VCR. There are two eating areas: a dining room that seats 8 and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The kichen is fully equipped and is comparable to one found in a large modern home. The separate laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer and abundant cabinet space. Other features include: custom ceramic tile in all areas except carpeted bedrooms; colorful area rugs throughout; nine foot ceilings with crown molding; ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great room; custom wood cabinetry; Corian countertops in kitchen; side by side refrigerator with ice maker and in-the-door ice and water dispenser; glass cooktop, oven and mocrowave; dishwasher and disposal; two zoned water heaters; seven Adirondack style chairs on balcony; two person hot tub on balcony. The property includes: heated swimming pool; children's pool; modern fitness room; lounge with meeting, billiard and card rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen; sun deck, covered patio and gazebo, outdoor grills; high-speed elevators; state of the art fire alert and sprinkler systems; beach service with chairs, unbrellas, watercraft, parasail, etc. We are GULF FRONT with easy private beach access.

There is parking for one car in a gated garage. Additional surface parking is available, limited to one other car in summer season. The cable TV service includes several premium channels. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge. The Beach Trolley runs on a limited schedule.

We are located on Thomas Drive which is all beachfront condominiums and private residences, no motels. The finest area restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Several marinas with boat rental and charter fishing are proximate. St. Andrews State Park is within a few miles and offers hiking, camping and other activities. The Pier Park shopping and entertainment area is a short drive. It features major stores, boutique shops, restaurants, cinema and outdoor concerts. Other shopping areas and cinema are close. There is also Zooworld, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, minature golf, go-carts, batting cages and a nightclub, Club LaVela, that caims to be the world's largest. You will never find yourself with a lack of something to do. All this and the white sand and emerald waters of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

All rates are plus a $125 cleaning fee and 11.5% sales tax. Spring (Mar. 16 - May 26) 350.00/night 2100.00/week Summer (May 27 - Aug. 12) 380.00/night 2280.00/week Fall (Aug. 13 - Oct.31) 250.00/night 1500.00/week 2750.00/month Winter (Nov. 1 - Mar. 14) 200.00/night 1200.00/week 1950.00/month There is a $300 reservation deposit which becomes a security deposit on check-in. Weekly reservations must be canceled 10 days prior to arrival date and monthly reservations 30 days prior to arrival date for deposit to be refundable. Security deposit is refunded within two weeks subject to inspection of condo. We take Visa and MasterCard for deposit and rent. Must be age 26 unless accompanied by parent or guardian. No smoking in condo. We prefer no pets - may be subject to additional deposit and rental charge. Rates and dates are subject to change. 3 night minimum in summer. The Beach House In The Sky

We named our condo "The Beach House In The Sky" because it is decorated and furnished as a traditional beach house, yet it is 15 floors up in the sky.

This is our fifth property on Panama City Beach and it is by far the best. The views are spectacular and it is a quiet, private place to relax but still be in the middle of the action on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". The best restaurants, golf and shopping are all nearby. We love it and so do our many regular guests. You can become one, too.
