Located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach this two bedroom condo is a dream come true, of beautiful sunsets, crystal clear water and fabulous beach life! 
 
This condo has a well decorated living area with access to a large balcony. From here you will see the many sights that Panama City Beach is famous for; from the dolphins swimming along the shoreline to the sunsets that paint the sky with amber glows. 
 
The fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen is waiting for you! It has everything you need for making a quick snack or a full course meal for entertaining friends and family. The dining area seats four with additional seating at the kitchen counter. 
 
When you step into the master bedroom you will know that relaxation awaits you. This room is decorated in a soft color palette. Open the sliding door and let the sound of the waves melt away your stress. You have ample closet space and a large connecting master bathroom.  
 
The guest room has a quessn bed. It also features a flat screen TV/DVD player, ample closet space, and connects with the guest bathroom. 
 
This building is directly on the beach. You park across the street, covered from the sun in your own private parking place which is only a few steps away from the third level air conditioned street walkover. You have an un-crowded beachfront with plenty of room for towels, chairs and umbrellas. 
 
When you want to stay indoors we have a gulf front exercise room with great equipment, indoor swimming pool, Starbucks Coffee and sandwich shop. We also have our own theatre! The swimming area is incredible with two outside pools, kiddy pool and hot tubs. 
 
If you want to plan a day from the beach then you have options here too. Do you like to shop? Then Pier Park is your destination with over 100 shops and restaurants located within a 1.2 million square foot open air mall. 
 
You can stroll through cute little local shops or spend the day with old faithful's like Dillards, Target, and Old Navy. This will be your one stop shop that everyone in the family will enjoy.
