With an oversized balcony, professionally decorated interior, and all the comforts of home, you'll never want to leave. So think twice before only renting for one week. Don't say we didn't warn you! 
 
2009 SEASON: If you rent from us, you will have 2 of your very own Beach Chaise lounge chairs with Beach Umbrella located directly in front of Twin Palms! These chairs are normally rented to guests for $25/day, but you will have use of these chairs for FREE during your entire stay, as we have paid to reserve a set of chairs with umbrella for guests in our unit, for the 2009 peak rental season (normally March through October).  
 
The condo is located centrally on Front Beach Road within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. You can even catch the new Pier Park Trolley right across the street! And you won't have to worry about trying to get your luggage up a flight of stairs or across the street.....our unit comes with an exclusive RESERVED parking spot across from the elevator! Wait, did we mention the HUGE balcony? ....it's worth repeating because our renters rave about eating breakfast on the balcony while watching for dolphins, manta rays and manatees (bring your binoculars to get an even better view!). Many would say it's the best place to nap, to the soothing sound of the waves, after a long day on the beach. Why don't you decide for yourself? Our balcony has comfortable seating for 6! 
You will also have wireless high-speed cable internet, so bring your laptop if you wish! Your door has a code-lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
