The Shores of Panama is the Premier New Development in Panama City Beach. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort. Amentities include: white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico, a winding swimming lagoon thru the palm trees with fountains, outdoor star shaped hot tub, outdoor Tiki food and drink huts, indoor heated pool and hot tub, indoor spa, fitness center, sauna and steam rooms, video library, and much more.  
 
Take a look at out condo's location. This 6th floor end unit is directly overlooking the beach with great views up and down the beach. You can sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun setting to the west. 
 
We have a reserved parking space on the 6th floor right next to the parking deck entrance. No waiting on an elevator to get to the condo from your car. When you get to our condo you will enjog relaxing in the spacious living room that has a LCD Hi DEF TV, DVD/VHS player, Teac CD/IPOD player. We also provide expanded digital cable including HD channels and a high-speed internet connection to keep up with your web surfing. 
 
The well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, range-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, tile floors will make it easy to prepare meals. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. 
 
The bedroom has a king sized bed, a ten foot walk-in closet (unique to the I units) and master bath with a tub/shower. The bunkroom has ts own sepatate bathoom and shower. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and black out drapes for easy guest sleeping. 
 
World famous Pineapple willy's is right next door. Other nearby restaurants have excellent cuisine you can only find in Panama City Beach. Other close attraction include Ripley's Believe It or Not, golfing, amusements parks, and St Andrews State Park.

The depsit will be refunded to you bymail if you leave the unit in a reasonably clean and there is no damage. Reasonably clean is defined as the kitchen is left clean, dishes washed (can be left in washer), and trach is removed.
