25 Year old adults and older are required to submit a $300 Security / Reservation Deposit. 21 Year old guest are required to submit a $1,000 Security / Reservatio Deposit at a minimum. $100 cancelation processing fee is charged if cancelation occurs 30 days or more before the beginning of the reservation. If the cancelation occurs within the 30 day window the owner reserves the right to charge the entire deposit amount.
