A minimum rent payment deposit $200 of total rent, cleaning fee & tax is required at the time reservation is made is nonrefundable. We accept credit card, personal check or cash for the balance. Total Rent & Tax is due 30 days prior to check in date. Reservation deposit is deducted from the grand total. We are flexible reservations made on short notice can pe paid in cash or US Postal Service Money orders on arrival. Until rent deposit is received & confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. Last minute special rates offered are not retroactive for previously confirmed reservations. Discounts offered on this web page may not be combined with any other discount. Cancellation: We suggest you purchase trip insurance to cover all aspects of your vacation travel including accommodations. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. The initial non refundable rent deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
