Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's a beautiful vacation destination with sugar-white sandy beaches and a wide variety of golf courses.  
 
The Regency Towers Condominium (located at 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fl) has 24-hour security, 2 full-size swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, sun deck, game rooms, shuffleboard, and exercise facilities. This condominium has the 540 feet of private beach (the envy of every other condominium location) where you can sit in beach lounges, build sand castles, play sandlot volleyball, or walk barefoot to the beach for a swim. There is a snack shop by the pool or you stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and RV and boat parking is also available. You can easily walk the beach to St Andrews Park, the most-visited Florida park, where you can fish, snorkel, scuba dive, look for shells, or just enjoy the nature sand dunes. For winter monthly guests there daily activities such as billiards, bridge and other card and board games, bingo, exercise class, line dancing, bible study, crafts and watercolor classes, social happy hours, etc.  
 
We have four 3-bedroom and two 1-bedroom units available for your selection. All units directly face the gulf and pools (south view). Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (one of the sofas makes into a queen-size bed), 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, a patio accessible from master bedroom and living rooms so you can enjoy romantic dinners at home while watching the sunset. Each room is tastefully designed in beach decor.

106 (1st floor), 206 (2nd floor), 621 (6th floor) & 806 (8th floor) - 3-bedroom units (+1,450 sq ft) 
205 (2nd floor)& 1022 (10th floor) - 1-bedroom units (+1,000 sq ft) 
 
Regardless of age, there are many activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include deep-sea fishing, dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too.
