The Summit sleeps six people. They come with a large bedroom with a  
king size bed and has built-in bunk beds, queen size sleeper sofa 2- 
TV's,VCR, fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, has approx. 900  
square feet,located at the more desirable east end of building.  
Comes fully furnished with a large balcony with a beautiful view  
of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen includes:dishwasher, refrigerator,  
stove, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, cooking  
ware and all utensils, toaster, can opener and garbage disposal.

Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $150- $500 deposit ($150-$500 charge). Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund unless we can rent unit,at which time a refund less $150-$500 will be returned.
