Gulf Crest is one of a kind condo along Thomas Drive on the beach. Rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo on Panama City Beach from local owners in the area living nearby. We do it all and support all special requests, we take care of most everything ourselves. We will meet you on arrival we do the cleaning and maintaining of our vacation home.  
 
Our Master bedroom has a King bed the 2nd bedroom a Queen. Our unit also has a set of bunks that will accommodate children, high speed INTERNET service in the unit and WIRELESS is available around the pool area. 3 DVD PLAYERS, VCR and a 57” large screen TV. Less then a mile to the new RIPLEY’S believe it or not museum. Also, if you are celebrating a special event like a birthday or anniversary we can arrange for decorations or flowers and have them in the condo when you arrive.  
 
Enjoy the hot tubs and one of two large kidney shaped pools one is heated there is also a Kiddie pool which is gated away from the adult area, sit under one of two Gazebos and grill lunch or dinner at our charcoal grill area and enjoy a sunset view every night. Plus our EXERCISE ROOM equipped with 2 treadmills, vision fitness bike, schwinn air dyne bike, 3 chair "body solid" home gym and weights with bench. 
 
The gated entry to the property allows access to your reserved parking space on the third floor parking garage, walk across to the elevator and up to the condo, parking at Gulf Crest is attached to the building, not across the street. 
 
Our unit is a family oriented NON SMOKING NO PETS condo with below market rates for this condo. No need to go running all over town looking for the rental office to check in or retrieve keys, we use a coded entry system, no keys to lose or worry about getting your key deposit returned. Gulf Crest is located in the less congested area of Thomas Drive and Joan Ave, as local owners we can meet you at the condo on your arrival and acquaint you with the building and the surrounding area. 
 
 
 
We will be your contact and can be reached anytime should you have a problem, keeping this Condo in like new condition and enforcing the NON SMOKING NO PETS RULE keeps our rates low as possible without giving up any amenities. PLEASE if you have more than 6 in your party, a pet or have a diehard tobacco user in your group, try one of the other condos in Gulf Crest that are smoking rentals pet friendly and accept more than six guests.  
You'll find everything to make your stay more enjoyable and won't be running to Wal-Mart every time you turn around. We've tried to furnish not only the basics but extras like wine glasses and opener, blender, CD stereo, hair dryers, extra bed pillows, portable fans, games and puzzles, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids and lots more(see full amenities below). 
 
Enjoy fantastic beach views up and down the 420+ foot of sugar white sand beaches with sunsets every night from your balcony.  
 
Within walking distance to Spinakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Emerald Falls mini golf, arcade and race tracks. Just minutes to Cap't Anderson's, The Treasure Ship, Signal Hill Golf and a short ride to the Saltwater Grill, Bone Fish, Captian Anderson's and the New Pier Park. 
 
Our low rates INCLUDE all state, county and city taxes and there are NO cleaning fees added on. All renters must be at least 25 years old to rent at Gulf Crest.
