Perfectly located in Largo Mar Condominiums in the Thomas Drive area (east end) of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and Capt Andersons Restaurant. Largo Mar is an ocean front property with all the amenities including our white sandy beaches, a large heated pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with a pool table. This is a smaller low density community with no elevators to deal with. 
 
You park just outside of the front door of this large 2 BR 2.5 BA townhome/condo. Just outside your front door is a private outdoor patio with table and chairs - a perfect area for grilling out. Just inside your front door on the right is a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer/dryer, on your left is a 1/2 bath and beyond is a dinning area that seats 6, further in is your living room area which includes a "sleeper" sofa, a love seat, three additional chairs, and a color TV with remote, dvd and vcr player. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area out to a partially covered outdoor patio with table and chairs overlooking the pool area and just steps to the ocean. Take the stairs to the second level where you'll find a guest bedroom on your right with a bunk style bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Glass sliding doors lead out to a deck with chairs and a partial view of the ocean. Nearby is a full bath with tub/shower. Take the stairs to the third level where you'll find the large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, color TV with remote, two large closets, and another full bath (shower only). Again sliding glass doors lead out to yet another deck with chairs overlooking the pool area with a partial view of the ocean.

Linens and bath towels are provided; however, daily maid service is not included. You will want to bring your own beach towels.

We are located close to the award winning St. Andrews State Park and just down the street from several favorite restaurants such as Capt Andersons and Schooners. 
 
You must try breakfast at the Pickle Patch, lunch at Liza's, and dinner at Capt Andersons. You will not be dissapointed.

Largo Mar is located in the east end of Panama City Beach, Florida in the Thomas Drive area. This is quiet family oriented area but still close enough to the action if you want to drive a mile or two.
