We have been sold out the past two summers – we are interested in spring rentals to guests seeking a quiet getaway, respect the privacy of their neighbors and desire a convenient, rejuvenating getaway a bit removed from the usual crowds. 
 
A major reason this is such a great getaway is our condo and its magnificent “birds eye” seat to the beach, ocean, sky and stars. Master and large balcony facing Gulf, you will hear surf – not people or road noise. With beach service included (umbrella and 2 chairs), you have everything at your immediate disposal for that break from winter. 
 
Our condo – Tuscany at Tidewater – is intentionally outfitted in Mediterranean motif as a second home to discerning couples and small families. Tidewater management has strict policies that uphold the upscale and relaxing nature of the resort, including no rentals to anyone under the age of 25. 
 
In addition to a spectacular unobstructed Gulf-front view from the living room and master bedroom, as well as a 30 foot covered balcony, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps six and has been decorated and furnished in a Mediterranean style. That includes plush bedding, flat screen televisions and fully furnished gourmet kitchen, as we like to eat well. It is located in the newly developed western end of Panama City Beach and is very conveniently located, including being within walking distance of the Pier Park mega shopping/entertainment complex. 
 
We were completely sold out the past two summers. We are glad people enjoy our condo during the summer, but the value and the environ is even better in the spring and fall. For a great getaway at the best values, consider a getaway vacation to Tidewater Beach Resort and our beautiful condo.

Compare Rates! The leading management company in the area will “add-on” booking fees and insurance that can add $200 and more to a condo our size. Guests have no advantages of renting through these companies. Our rates are typically 20% lower. They are “selling” hundreds of units. We are personally managed only our own condo, offer the same beach service and employ our own housekeeper to ensure everything remains fresh and in 'like new' condition for our guests. We can also arrange grocery delivery and set-up; welcoming amenities for that special occasion; or personal bay fishing guide. 
 
 
The new NORTHWEST FLORIDA-PANAMA CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is open and serving the area. SouthWest Airlines just announced they will be servicing the area and that is great news. 
 
We require either a $49/property protection insurance rider or a refundable $500 property damage deposit. This deposit is refundable after a post-departure inspection is completed. (SPRING BREAK REQUIRES A $1000 property damage deposit and verification of minimum age of 25 for primary renter and one 25+ tenant for every 2 guests under 25.) Rates subject to change without notice.

For your information, the rental policy for the entire Tidewater Resort is as follows: In addition a 50% visitor rule has been adopted. Guests renting a one bedroom unit are only authorized a maximum of 3 visitors at any one time.
