Vacation Rental Description
COMFORTABLE, LUXURIOUS AND CONVENIENT describes our vacation home. We would like to share it with you for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.  
We rent our condo, but it is not a rental unit. It is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings such as Broyhill and Stanley. Our custom paint and crown molding add touches that most units do not have. 
There are Sony TVs and DVD players housed in entertainment centers, in every room, with a 32" TV in the living area. Our dining room table has seating for eight. 
The spacious Master Suite has access to the balcony with a glass wall and slider. You have a king bed. The huge Master Bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his/her vanities and walk in closet. 
The second master has a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed with pull out trundle and opens into the hall bath. 
Our condo has elevators next to it and as you exit on the first floor you will be facing the indoor pool. 
 
The Majestic offers many choices in pools. There are 2 family pools, one with a water fall, 2 heated indoor pools, children's wading pool, fenced in baby pool and 3 hot tubs. Two pools are in Tower 2 which is a short distance along the beach walk. There is a cafe on the pool deck. The entire pool deck overlooks the beach. The Starbucks Deli is accessible from the beach walk or lobby.  
 
Our kitchen has a reputation for being the "BEST" with its high quality pots, dishes, utensils and accessories. 
 
You will love watching the Pelicans fly by and viewing the dolphins at play from our balcony. There are also sting rays and fish in the beautiful crystal clear blue-green Gulf to observe.  
 
Your Panama City Beach vacation will be complete as the spectacular sunsets mesmerize you from our balcony. 
 
Nearby is the Pier Park shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area. A great ice cream parlor is within walking distance. 
 
On the beach you will find beach chair rentals, jet skis, parasailing,and banana boats.
