This is a brand new townhome sitting on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Completely furnished with everything new. Has a garage, out door shower, swimming pool and tennis court. Unit has two decks, one off of the main living area and a private deck off of the master bedroom. Master bathroom has a jetted bathtub and large shower. There are T/V's and DVD players in each bed room and living room. Hair dryers in each bathroom Two car garage. We offer you all the luxuries you want. This is a non smoking unit. If evidence of smoking in unit, damage deposit will not be returned. We do not rent to college groups.

You can also visit Eglin AFB museum and see all the old to current aircraft of the Air Force and the munitions they used and were developed at Eglin over the years. You can visit the Gulfarium on Okalossa Island in Ft Walton Beach or visit the fishing fleet in Destin or Pensacola for a day fishing on the Gulf.

    This unit can be rented for a minimum of 3 days. Rentals must start on Sat or end on a Sat Deposit of $250.00 after you have confirmed your reservation is due no later than 7 days. Remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 and a damage deposit of $400.00. This check will be returned uncashed after satisfactory inspection of unit by the cleaning crew. Payment may be made by check or money order in US dollars. The unit is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 small dogs. No Cats allowed. There is a $50.00 non refundable pet feerequired.
