It also has a large covered patio to get out of the sun for a while. We offer wireless internet and free phone calls anywhere within the US. For your biking or running enjoyment there is a bike path in front of the unit that covers the entire island. No traffic to contend with for you to worry about.

    This unit can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights. Rental on the unit can be made using US Dollars by check, money order, bank draft or cashiers check. Minimum deposit of $250.00 must be received no later than 7 days after notifying us of accepting unit for rent. After 7 days, unless notified, unit will be placed back on the market. Final payment must me received 30 days befor arrival date. There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 and a damage deposit of $400.00 received prior to arrival. The damage deposit check will not be cashed but returned after satisfactory inspection of unit by cleaning crew. Cancellation of rental must be made 30 days prior to arrival and all deposits will be returned. No deposits returned less than 30 days. We are a pet friendly unit for a maximum of 2 small dogs. No cats allowed. a Non refundable pet fee of $50.00 is required.
