A beautiful setting in the residential section of Navarre Beach. Away from the commercial noise from the high risses and public beaches. There is a dedicated bike path and walking path the length of the beach with no worries about traffic. National Seashore on one end of the island and a state park on the other end. Plenty of parking and room for your boat if you bring one.

And then we have the Zoo were you can spend the day amongst the animals of the world.Internet service is provided.

The unit is fully furnished and supplied with linen, towels and deck furniture. You are located directly on the shores of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Just step off of the deck and you are on the beautiful white sand. Great fishing and shell collecting.

Townhouse Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1200 High Season Price : $2400 per Week		View Availability Calendar

Deposit of 25% due within 7 days of acceptance of unit. Remainder of rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival. A cleaning fee of $100.00 in addition to rental fee. A damage deposit of $400.00 required. Cancellation prior to 30 days from date of rental and monies will be refunded. All payments must be in US Dollars and can be made by check, money order or bank draft. No credit cards at this time. Unit can only be rented for a minimum of 7 days. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
