3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 1700 square feet of luxury.
Master Bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in closet, private bath with jetted tub and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico.
2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, large closet and private bath.
3rd bedroom has two full beds, and private entrance to guest bath.
Living area has two sitting areas: one with loveseat and couch with queen pull-out bed situated by floor to ceiling, wall to wall sliding glass doors, and one with leather chairs and ottomans situated on a picture window.
Next to this is a spacious dining table for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with any tableware or cookware you could want, and of course microwave, blender, toaster, icemaker, even a crockpot.
We supply all linens.
The first floor has an exercise facility with treadmill, elliptical, lifecycle, free weights and weight machines.
There are barbeque facilities on premises.
The pool is not available at this time, though may be by this summer.

Come to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo and escape! We have everything you need for a great vacation, without the crowds of some Florida beaches, but with access to all the entertainment you could want here or in nearby Fort Walton, Destin or Pensacola.

The Master Bedroom and main living area have wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with gorgeous views of the beach and the gulf. You even have a spectacular view from the jetted tub in the Master bath!
Each bedroom and the main living area have complete entertainment setups. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Some great extra features are a beach tent and 4 beach chairs, a modest telescope and binoculars.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $999 High Season Price : $2249 per Week		View Availability Calendar

A $250 deposit will reserve this condo, with the balance due 30 days in advance of rental. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in the Summer. At least one adult must be 25 years of age. No pets. No smoking. All prices are TOTAL and INCLUDE all taxes and cleaning. We accept checks (with adequate time to clear), Mastercard, VISA, Discover. April to May 24 is $1,199 total per week May 24 to June 21 is $2,139 total per week June 20 to August 2 is $2,249 total per week August 2 to September 6 is 1,299 total per week September 6 to November 1 is $1,199 total per week November 1 to February 28 is $999 total per week
