This is by far the best deal that I have ever seen on any condo that is this nice and large. You will stay in a beautiful seventh floor condo (top floor) at Emerald Isle. This condo with its two balconies gives you great views of the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercostal Waterway. Access beaches directly from Condo's property, no roads to cross.

The sugar white beach in Fort Walton Beach is one of the most beautiful you will ever find. There is so much to do in the area from fishing to shopping. This is truly one of the best ways to spend your vacation.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has one double-size bed, third bedroom has a double-size bed and twin bunk beds, living room has a full-size sleeper sofa ,and a separate sitting room with another full-size sleeper sofa. Total size excluding balconies is 1800 square feet. All bedrooms have their own televisions. The living room and the sitting room both have their own televisions as well.

Saturday to Saturday only. 08/09/2008 thru 08/30/2008 $1650 per week. Saturday to Saturday only. 08/23/2008 thru 02/28/2009 $200 per night. Additional $100 for cleaning. 09/01/2008 thru 02/28/2009 $2000 per month. All prices are in US dollars. All reservations have cleaning included unless stated otherwise. There is an additional 11% tax on all the above prices. There is a reservation deposit on all rentals. The reservation deposit minus $100 is refundable up to three weeks prior to the arrival date. The remaining amount is due three weeks prior to the arrival date along with the refundable security deposit. I only take checks.
