Vacation Rental Description

My wife and I just left the unit about two weeks ago and spent time updating the unit. We installed new bath tubs and surrounds in both bathrooms. All cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were repainted and look fantastic. Two new sofa sleepers were placed in the unit. One in the living room and one in the sitting room. They are burgandy in color. Each sofa sleeper sleeps two. Two new tile end tables and new lamps were purchased along with a matching coffee table. You will and see a new TV stand. The TV is a flat screen. The dining room has a glass top with four chairs. The unit is on the 7th floor with great views of the gulf. You will really like the views. The unit is on the side of the building. We feel and tenants has told us that our view is better than gulf front. Gulf front views face a large pool below. Most times there is a lot of noise and commotion which does not allow peace and quiet. Our view offers quietness and pricacy. Six glass doors face the gulf and can be seen from the living room and the sitting room. The unit is equipped with complimentary wireless internet. Each reservation comes with complimentary beach service and other amenities. You will enjoy nearly a 38 foot deck. Come and experience paradise. Sigurd and Mary Ann Sandstom, owners. Central air conditioning. Very good shopping in Fort Walton a mile and a half away. Destin is 5 miles away. Two TV's one in LR one in MB. Huge pool near beach with hot tub. Fully furnished kitchen. Many activities located with in a mile or two from the condo.

I love being a landlord.

My name is Sigurd, "Sig" Sandstrom. I am a retired elementary school teacher and princpal from Wisconsin. My wife and I live in Central Wisconsin. We have two grown daughters, and two grandchildren. For about 30 years I owned several single family homes and rented them to college students in our town. I also rented to non-students as well. I was doing this while I was employed in education.
