This unit has been nearly updated recently. We have installed new carpeting in the living room, both bedrooms, and and walk in closet. New valances and curtains in the kitchen and second bedroom enhance the appearance of both areas. There is a new sofa sleeper that sleeps 2, new TV stand, new coffee table, end tables and lamps to give a modern look to the living area. There is also tile in the kitchen, hallway, and dining area with new rugs. Also, new bed coverings in the bedrooms. The unit is newly painted with an accent wall in the Master bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit. The number of the unit is 513. It is a very short walk to the beach within the property. There is a huge heated pool as you enter the unit on your left.
