Condo is very spacious at 1400 sq. ft, with king in master, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in living room area. Surf Dweller #209 features large walk in closets, fully equipped kitchen area with all utensils and appliances, oversized 2nd floor balcony running from master bedroom and across entire living room area, and for added convenience you have a laundry room with washer and dryer. No quarters and no waiting on loads.

Property amenities include elevated tennis courts for those that still have energy after a day at the beach, community pool and lounge area for relaxation and working on your tan, bbq grills, picnic area, kiddie pool, covered and open parking, private walkway to the beach and seasonal beach service.

Nearby attractions include Okaloosa Island's Boardwalk featuring shops and great local restaurants such as Anglers. The Black Pearl, The Crap Trap and Floyd's Shrimp House which all offer a great menu from burgers to primerib to lobster dinner. You'll also want to check the Gulfarium featuring live sea shows and displays, as well as the fishing pier where you can fish or maybe see a dolphin or two.

    Advance Payment of 20% or $200 minimum on valid credit card is required at time of booking which is applied toward reservation amount - it is not a deposit. Credit Card info. is kept on file for incidentals. Balance Payment must be made before or at time of checkin by credit card, check, cash or money order. Only person booking reservation may checkin unless proper arrangements have been made. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed in condo. Cancellation Fee is $106 if we receive notificaltion prior to 30 days. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, advance payment if forfeited.
