No quarters and no waiting on loads.
Property amenities include elevated tennis courts for those that still have energy after a day at the beach, community pool and lounge area for relaxation and working on your tan, bbq grills, picnic area, kiddie pool, covered and open parking, private walkway to the beach and seasonal beach service.
Nearby attractions include Okaloosa Island's Boardwalk featuring shops and great local restaurants such as Anglers. The Black Pearl, The Crap Trap and Floyd's Shrimp House which all offer a great menu from burgers to primerib to lobster dinner. Cancellation Fee is $106 if we receive notificaltion prior to 30 days. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, advance payment if forfeited.
