Walton Beach. We are conveniently located about 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes from Destin. The actual building, The Summerlin, is one of the smaller buildings on the island with only 30 units. This makes for a quiet building and beach! The grounds are maintained very well by a local management company. Our unit is very comfortable and clean and we know that you will enjoy your stay.
