Costa Del Sol is located in Miramar Beach between San Destin and Destin, Florida. It is so very convenient to all the good restaurants the area has to offer! shopping on Grande Avenue, Destin Commons, The Market or Silver Sands Outlet Mall! AND miniature golf, go karts, bumper cars, the Big Kahuna, a very fun filled water park; or you may want to visit the Aquarium and see the dolphin show, go shelling in the bay, float lazily on a pontoon, windsurf, scuba dive- also Destin offers world class fishing.

Our condo sits right on the gulf with absolutely the most wonderful view, whether you are watching the sunrise, the sunset or just gazing at the magnificent waters of the gulf and the crystal white sand which Destin is so famous for. Our beach is private for residents and their guests only. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are available, walk to Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Kenny's Oyster House or The Whales Tail for cool drinks, snacks, lunch or dinner. We have two parking spaces right in front of the condo; park your car and walk straight into the condo, no stairs or elevators.

Bring your clothes, settle in, throw on your swimsuit and walk straight out to the beach! What could be better?

Our condo is fully furnished with two stacked washers and dryers, one on the upper level and one on the beach level. A full kitchen on the main with all dishes, silverware, pots and pans - everything is here, just bring your groceries! We also have wireless internet. The beach level has a mini kitchen with a beverage refrigerator, bar sink, microwave and coffee maker, living room, queen bedroom and full bath. The main level has kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Upstairs we have two bedrooms and two full baths - master has deck overlooking the beautiful gulf.

Destin has it all! Golf courses, harbor with fishing boats to try your hand with the deep sea fishing, pontoon rentals to float in the bay and go shelling, bike rentals, scooter rentals and lots of sidewalk to ride on. A fantastic amusement park, an aquarium to see the dolphins or take a cruise and see the dolphins wild in the gulf.

You may want to go parasailing, scuba diving or maybe snorkeling right there at the condo in that beautiful emerald green water of the gulf! Also some of the best fresh seafood resturants in the world are near - some within walking distance. If shopping is on your list then you are in luck! Go visit Destin Commons, Grande Boulevard, The Market, or Silver Sands Outlet Mall just for starters. OR you may just want to stay at the condo and laze on the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent or bring your own. Walk to Pompano Joe's for a frozen drink, snacks or whatever your fancy! WOW!

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your $250 security deposit. This deposit is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the unit, including following checkout procedures, after your visit. The deposit is to cover loss or damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear. The deposit also covers lock replacement in the event keys are lost or not returned. $250 deposit is due 30 days prior to your reservation. You may cancel your reservation by written notice at least 15 days prior to your arrival date and receive your deposit and paid rental fee refund. If we receive your written notice of cancellation within 15 days of your scheduled stay, the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to rent the unit during the period you reserved. Your paid rental fee will be refunded to you. There is a $35 service fee for all cancellations. We accept personal checks.
