This Green Reef town home rental fronts a private beach in an upscale area of Destin in the Florida Panhandle. You‘ll know you are on vacation when you watch Dolphins frolicking in the crystal clear emerald green water while you have your morning coffee. Later you’ll sip a glass of wine on your private deck as the blazing sun drops into the ocean. Or you’ll take a walk on the sugar white sand beach right off your deck. This owner managed and maintained property will become your home at the beach. Whether you are a couple or a family group of twelve this town home is perfect for fun and relaxation at the beach. 
 
Entertain family and friends while enjoying the cooling sea breeze from any of the three large decks. The beach level has an outdoor living room. You’ll gather in the evening and settle into the antique Asian bench over flowing with pillows. Grilling may become a nightly ritual on the large gas grill. You’ll be able to dine on a teak table with seating for eight, bench can be added for additional seating. Four cushioned lounge chairs, out door lighting, and two outdoor beach showers are also on the beach level deck. On the main level deck you might sit at the teak bar height table with four chairs or lounge on one of two beautiful cushioned teak chaises and enjoy a spectacular 1808 view. You’ll sunbathe in private on the third level balcony deck right off the master bedroom. Two cushioned teak lounge chairs await you. Come and enjoy a piece of Heaven and make memories for you, your family, or your friends that will last a lifetime. 
 
This unique property includes beautiful decor, all personally selected by the owners. The town home has three bedrooms with three and a half baths; sleeps two or up to twelve with additional sleeper sofas. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, seating area, private bath, large walk-in closet and the TV in an armoire. The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, lots of closet space, private full bath and the TV in an armoire. The finished beach level features an open living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa. The beach level has a great view out to the deck and ocean. This room also has two ceiling fans, a closet, mounted TV and a second kitchen. You’ll never run out of ice with the built in icemaker.

    • The beach level third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, TV and separate bath. A twin fold-a-bed and two queen air mattresses are also available and located in the master bedroom closet. The main level includes tiled entry, half bath, laundry with new LG front loading washer and dryer, pantry, living room with two queen sleeper sofas, dining room, wet-bar, kitchen with beautiful Spanish tile countertops and backsplash. Each bedroom and living area has cable TV, five in total. You won’t have to fill up your suitcases with beach towels, as they are supplied. Our linens are at least 300 tc and 100% cotton as are all the towels.Fully stocked with amenities too numerous to list. Free WiFi access for those of you who must keep up with e-mail. Just bring the sunscreen!
