This huge beach house is perfect for large summertime family reunions. 5 night minimum summer rentals falling within Saturday to Saturday. Anytime but summers, the house can be rented for smaller groups needing 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms at reduced rates, and can be rented for as little as 2 & 1/2 nights. Perfect for get away weekends.
No Pets, No indoor Smoking, No student rentals or singles under 25 yrs of age.
Rental rates are based on less than 17 guests. Add $100 wk for each add'l guest up to 21 maximum guests.

Walk to casual or fine dining restaurants, theatre, bowling, souvenir shop, convenience store, grocery store, and the new Destin Commons Mall. Destin offers every type of water sport/fishing. Ten top golf courses are within a few miles of the house. 3 level home features a first level bedroom for those unable to climb stairs. Lots of open decks with patio furniture and swings.
Sleeping - 1st floor - king bedroom (1), living room has a queen sleeper & twin sleeper, 2nd floor - king bedroom (2)with full futon, BR #3 -2 queens, 2 twins in bunkroom #4, 3rd floor king bedroom#5, 2 full futons in #6.
Bedrooms have private entrances off porches. Can be rented offseason as a 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 bedroom based on needs. Contact owner.

$1,000 deposit required for groups under 17 guests, $1,500 deposit for groups over 17 in number.
Summer rentals are $895 nightly ( 5 night min.) or $5,370 weekly
Fall and Spring rentals are $600 nightly (2 & 1/2 night min.) or $3,600 weekly.
Winter rentals are $325 nightly (2 & 1/2 night min.) or $1,900 weekly.
NOTE: 7th night is FREE on weekly rentals. Exiting cleaning service of $300 is included on weekly rentals.
75 day cancellation with $100 fee. Inside 75 days, the deposit is refunded (less $200.) provided house is rerented for the same time period.
