The first floor has two bedrooms including a wet bar and bathroom. The first bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds and a twin sleeper chair which is great for a kids room! The recreation /bedroom has a queen bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper and opens directly on to the first balcony with the splash pool and access to the sugar white beach. Decisions!!! Will I utilize the stairs or elevator to reach the second or third floor? The second floor showcases a gourmet kitchen with a granite island and a wonderful living/dining area with an entertainment center, a queen sleeper sofa plus a dining table, which opens on to your private beach front balcony. Linger for a moment on the balcony and enjoy a beverage or snack and take in the fantastic breathtaking views of the gulf! The second floor also has a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. The master suite is on the top third floor and opens directly to your private beach front balcony to enjoy the gentle breezes and the magnificent sunsets! The master suite includes a king bed, entertainment center and a nice chair for your relaxation. The master bathroom will pamper you with a whirlpool tub, a separate shower and two sinks. The second master third floor bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The third floor also contains a laundry facility. Frangista Beach is a little community of single homes and beach duplexes with private beach walk downs for other community owners. One street back is the beautiful large swimming pool, whirlpool and bathhouses for relaxing and lounging or just for cooling off from the beach.
