Low Season Price : $1150
High Season Price : $3300 per Week

View Availability Calendar

We require $1000.00 deposit in off season and $1500.00 in summer season. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.If you have to cancell,we put the house back on the calendar and if we re book the house for the same time period, we return your deposit in full. If you wish to purchase travel insurance,that can be supplied also for additional 6.5%.We accept most major credit cards.We also accept personal checks for your deposits and your balances.During hurrican season,if there is a mandatory evacualtion,I will credit days lost to another stay. Travel insurance will protect you in total.Cleaning and admin.fees of $160.00 are added and 11% Fl.lodgeing taxes are added.A #300 date deposit will secure any date further out than a year. The guest staying has first right to re-book, but if they don't, this would secure your future dates a year in advance.It is refundable if your choice is taken by the staying guest.
