You may also want to sip a cocktail and watch a sunset while sitting on one of the many colorful Adirondack chairs on the Front deck. The house is only 75 feet from the ocean's beautiful white beaches. YES Beach chairs/umbrella available upon request for additional fees.If you desire a change of pace from the sun and sand, feel free to enjoy the "Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall" and many of the areas finest restaurants just a short walk away! Yes, My Margaritaville is in a super low traffic subdivision. Just walk from the porch to the beach without the worry of overcrowded car traffic.
