2 Bedroom Villa in Sandestin

This elegant townhome is located on the Gulf side, within the beautiful Sandestin Resort. This is the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. The resort has seven miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and offers a multitude of activities for a fabulous vacation as well as sugar white beaches and magnificent blue water.

This two level townhome has two bedrooms(one on each level) the second floor has an additional sleeping loft with two single beds. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and the upstairs bedroom has tow queen-size beds.

The villa has plenty of space with high ceilings. The dining room has seating for eight. There is a large private patio with a gas grill and a beautiful serene view of the lake (stocked for fishing).

There are four bikes in the shed for your use anytime. The kitchen has many gadgets where you can cook for a crowd if you like. The patio has comfortable chairs, recliners, umbrellas and a fireplace.

Sandestin has an endless amount of nearby activities, you can walk to shopping, the Beach, golf, Starbucks, dining etc.. The exciting Baytown Village is also within the resort. This is an area patterned after New Orleans and has great dining, concerts, shops and boat rides.

Small well behaved pets are allowed with a damage deposit.

Fishing is allowed in the small lake right out the back door. There are two fishing poles in the shed for your use.
