Personal concierge services are available in this new, upscale, beautiful home in a prime location in the quaint neighborhood of "The Bungalos" in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin. Perfect for family vacations, especially for golfing and fishing lovers, we now offer personal concierge services so you can have your groceries delivered before you arrive, along with baby and pet-sitting services and much more! Why spend your first day at the grocery store when you can go straight to the beach! Amenities include all the benefits of a single family home rather than a condo, as well as hi-speed internet!
The upgraded designer kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and all 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with an additional downstairs guest bathroom. The 3rd bedroom can even serve as an office with Wifi and includes a wonderful library! The large open-plan living room has French doors opening onto a screened patio overlooking the heated community pool and putting green.
Destin is known for its clear emerald green waters and pure white powder beaches where you can sit and listen to live music whilst watching the gorgeous sunsets! There are dozens of excellent restaurants and the best nightlife where you can dance the night away!
Sandestin is a gated, high security resort – an exclusive and perfect vacation spot. It’s a very short drive, tram-ride or bike ride to the beach, marina, golf courses, Village at Baytowne Wharf, Jolee (Pirate) Island and the new Grand Boulevard with its exclusive stores and restaurants. A lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel runs under the highway to the beach-side with miles of running and bike trails throughout the resort. Stroll the marina to admire the fabulous ocean-going yachts,listen to free live concerts in the Village, or shop at our Silver Sands Outlet Mall, just one mile away!
RENTAL POLICIES:

- Maximum occupancy is six.
- 1/3 down to reserve.

- Full balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
- $250 refundable damage deposit applies.
- Monthly rentals available October - February.
