Enjoy the view from your 3th floor balcony as you overlook the bay and magnificent pool. You'll be able to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub, along with all the amenities of the village right at your fingertips. You won't go wrong with this location!!
You'll have all those fabulous restaurants, venues, ice skating rink (in the the winter)bars and shops to chose from everyday and then there's the outdoor "Movies on the Green,” live concerts, bands and entertainment to walk to and a night life to end the day. No need to drive back anywhere, at the end of the evening, as you are there! There's something for all ages here.
Don't forget to take a few walks along the marina and check out those incredible ocean going yachts! Rent canoes, kayaks, wave runners & boats. Take a dinner cruise on the Dinner Cruise ship “Solaris” or just ride on the water taxi across the bay to Baytowne Village Wharf from the public parking area and back.

We haven't even mentioned our beach yet! The Emerald Coast in the western panhandle of Florida has the famed “Sugar Beach,” so called because the nearly pure white silica sand has the consistency of sugar. Sandestin has a great beach access, a live band, restaurants and even showers to rinse that sand off. There's plenty of parking in most areas of the resort. Lots of fun activities for the kids, they even have Jolee Island, an island park with a pirate theme with lots of playground equipment. Fun for the adults too!
Last but not least, there's 4 world class golf courses if golf is your passion and tennis courts. There is a basketball court and miles of bike trails to run, jog, rollerblade, walk or ride a bike. No matter how long you stay there won't be enough time to enjoy it all but you’ll want to try!
