If you are booking your reservation within 60 days of the arrival date, then full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept visa, mastercard, american express and discover. If your arrival date is more than 15 days from your reservation origination date you may cancel up to 5 days after the origination date of your reservation with no charge. After 5 days of the reservation origination My Vacation Haven, LLC will not issue a refund without AIG Travel Guard Insurance. If your origination date is within 15 days of your arrival date the 5 day cancellation at no charge does NOT APPLY and no refunds will be issued. AIG Travel Guard Insurance must be purchased at the time the reservation is made to obtain a refund.
