This new upscale beautifuly decorated cottage is located in the secluded and quaint neighborhood called "The Bungalos" in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin. Sandestin is an exclusive, fantastic family vacation spot! You get it all, the beach, the bay, the lakes, exciting Baytowne Village and very exclusive Marina at the Wharf, swimming pool(s), restaurants, walking and biking trails, shopping and more shopping, ice-cream parlors, etc.. Sandestin is a beautiful, exclusive, gated and high security resort.
We will provide you proper authorization so that you will be able to come and go virtually 24 hours per day with ease.
Sandestin is known for the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white sands, PLUS the Finz Restaurant and occasionally a LIVE BAND right at the beach. Extensive landscaping,w/lush flowers, trees and Florida cottage architecture sets the tone for the Bungalos. Our Bungalo has that quaint Key West appeal with palm trees, two master suites and a walk-in closet.
This brand-new home in Sandestin's newest neighborhood boasts high ceilings & doorways, limestone floors and designer area rugs, a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout. We also have a furnished screened-in Lanai with a gas grill, table and chairs for your relaxation. (See PICs)
A large screen Cable TV with a (1000 watt)DVD home theater, AM & FM Stereo system. DVD (1 VCR) & TV in two bedrooms. The Bungalos are very family-friendly and are secure with Sandestin Security personnel. Very close to the pool (about 100 ft) with dressing and restrooms, lounge chairs and extra guest parking. This is one of the nicest pools in the resort.
It is just a very short drive with ample parking to Sandestin's beautiful (almost) pure white beaches, marina, golfing or the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Close to Jolee (Pirate) Island (children's playground) and grocery store. Lighted pedestrian/bike tunnel under highway to the beachside. Miles of running/bike trails throughout the resort. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Village at the Wharf to see the fabulous ocean going yachts!
Don't miss shopping at the largest Out door Mall the Silver Sands 5 mins down the road with Big Kahuna water slide and go cart Park all with in 8 miles. There is something for everyone. Even Catch and release fishing for the whole family in the many surrounding lakes.( eating of fish is not recommended)
