This nicely decorated and landscaped home features hardwood floors, gas fireplace,CD player/stereo system with outdoor speakers by the pool, outside shower, grill,and privacy fense. Just a comfortable stroll to a great public beach with bathrooms, parking, & Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Jet skis, paragliding, and other beach activities available with a few short blocks. Our home is near area golf and shopping outlets. We have a private pool in fenced backyard, with porch to enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset with adjoining patio with grill area, table and chairs. The house is laid out great for entertaining with great room, fireplace, and big screen TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped with large eating bar that seats four. Our home has 3 beedrooms 2 have king size beds and the kids room has a bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen and twin fold out and a full size Aero bed.

Private pool in fenced backyard, with Bose speakers for your enjoyment. Both second floor bedrooms have balconies. Our street is almost private so skate boarding, bicycle riding, or tossing a football or baseball is okay in the street.

We are located less than 400 yards from a public beach with ample parking, facilities, and beach access to a local restaurant/bar called Pompano Joes.

• Travel Info: Nestled between Destin and Sandestin in Miramar Beach. Just 3 miles from Sandestin's finest golf courses and 2 miles from the Silver Sands Shopping Outlet. The beach is about a half a drink stroll from the house. The public beach park has a convenient bath house and there is beach access to Pompano Joe's restaurant. The beach park also has a 3 mile trail for biking, walking or roller blading. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals are available. Deep sea fishing charter are located nearby as well.
