Just 3 short blocks from the beach! Public restrooms, lots of parking and Pompano Joe's a local favorite restaurant. Rent Jetskis or go parasailing right from the beach. There is also a nice bike/walking trail that runs the complete length of Miramar Beach.
Our home features an open floor plan. The greatroom has comfy leather furnishings, TV, CD/DVD with surround sound. The dining room seats 6 and has view to the fully equipped kitchen that also features an eat-in bar. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house can sleep up to 10 people. Extra ammenities include: private heated pool in fenced back yard, patio table and chairs, pool side lounge chairs,beach chairs, beach towels, and outdoor grill.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, sitting area, and office area. The office includes computer with broadband internet, fax and free long distance (US only). One of the alternate bedrooms has a queen bed and the 2nd alternate has two bunk beds which feature a double bed on bottom and twin on top. Each bedroom has a TV with DVD and premium cable.
We are nestled between Destin and San Destin in Miramar Beach. Just 3 miles from San Destin's finest Golf Courses and 2 miles from the Silver Sands Shopping Outlet. The beach is about a half a drink stroll from the house. The public beach park has a convenient bath house and there is beach access to Pompano Joe's restaurant. The beach park also has a 3 mile trail for biking, walking or roller blading. Parasailing and Jetski rentals are available. Deep sea fishing charters are located nearby as well.

We rent on a weekly basis Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 10 am, exceptions can be made according to availability and owner discretion.

**$250 Secuirty Deposit due at booking, Check is held and returned to you upon inspection of the rental. Half of rental fee due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival.
