Just a short stroll (1/2 a drink) to the beach with public bathrooms, Pompano Joe's restaurant, walking/biking trail. Condo has two screened porches, which overlook community pool with picnic area. Just a few miles from Silver Sands Shopping Outlet and 3 miles from San Destin's finest Golf courses. Condo is fully equipped, all the conveniences of home. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, bikes, grill, washer & dryer, you name it we have it all for your convenience. Master bedroom has king size bed, large leather sectional in sitting area, large TV and DVD, and premium cable (HBO/Showtime). Alternate bedroom has two double beds and it's own TV/DVD. Kitchen has eat-in bar (seats 6) and is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, & spices. Separate dining room seats six and overlooks great room with leather furnishings, TV/DVD with surround sound and stereo. Hardwoods and tile throughout.

CALL OWNER FOR AVAILABILITY! Will consider renting to Group under age 25. We rent on a weekly basis Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 11 am, exceptions can be made according to availability and owner discretion. Jan 1 2009-Feb 28, 2009 - $750/week with $100 cleaning fee. Mar 1, 2009-Oct 3, 2009 - $950/week with a $100 cleaning fee. Oct 4, 2009-Feb 27, 2010 $850/week with a $100 cleaning fee. If daily rental is available, it runs $200 per night. $200 Security Deposit required at time of booking. Check is held and returned to you upon inspection of the rental. Half of rental fee is due at booking. Final payment in full is due 30 days prior to your stay. FeesCleaning: $100
