The beach is just moments away! The property is just the right place to bring your family. We have three swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball. Our association is built around a beautiful lake. The biggest problem you will incounter is not having enough time to do all the things available.

    A refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve this unit for your stay. The depposit is refundable provided there are no lost or broken items in the unit. And the unit is left reasonably clean at time of departure. In order to receive the deposit back in full you must give a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation. Reservations may be paid through pay pal or by check in advance. The remainder is due upon arrival. There is a $85 cleaning fee as well as 11% tax.
