Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $550 High Season Price : $900 per Week

A refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve this unit for your stay. The depposit is refundable provided there are no lost or broken items in the unit. And the unit is left reasonably clean at time of departure. In order to receive the deposit back in full you must give a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation. Reservations may be paid through pay pal or by check in advance. The remainder is due upon arrival. There is a $85 cleaning fee as well as 11% tax.
