Absolutely stunning is the response that will come to mind when you step into this beautiful, professionally decorated and very upscale beach house locate in the charming beach side community of Crystal Beach right in the heart of Destin and the "World's most beautiful beaches."
The exquisite decor, by an Award Winning designer, includes hardwood floors throughout, granite counter tops, intricate tile work, and professionally decorated furnishings. A chefs delight, the gourmet kitchen is enormous with island, ice maker, wine cabinet, and much more. It is fully equipped, open, bright and outfitted with the best in stainless steel appliances.
There are two master suites, each elegantly designed with a king-size bed, over sized reading chair, bath with jacuzzi tub and separate hand tiled shower with dual shower heads. Step out the french doors onto your private balcony to read your favorite novel or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean just steps away. You will find this home has the perfect floor plan for several couples or multi-family vacations.
The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with a king and two twin beds (can be configured as a king), kitchenette, full bath and french doors leading to the private pool area.
The outside of the home is just as magnificent including outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, "Jacuzzi" hot tub, speaker system, and one of the largest pools(18 by 28 feet) in Crystal Beach (pool has play area for small children 18 inches deep).
Whether you're looking to get reacquainted with your spouse, take a bike ride with your family on our quiet streets, or play golf with long lost friends, this house has all the amenities to provide for a lifetime of vacation memories.
The Emerald Coast and "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" are just a short stroll away. There's a gourmet cafe/coffee shop and fantastic seafood and sushi restaurant just around the corner. Great shopping at the Destin Commons is less than half mile away.
If you need to stay connected no worries. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED internet access is available throughout the house and pool area.

Facilities
We will provide everything (linens, bath towels, kitchen and laundry essentials, etc.), including the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and toys. The Crystal Beach House also has a golf cart to help make the trips to the beach more convenient. The pool is one of the largest in Crystal Beach at 30X15. It is 5 feet deep in the deepest end and 3 feet deep in the shallow end. The hot tub is incorporated into the pool. When we designed the pool we also had a small area made that is only 18 inches deep. This is a great area for babies or small children and is also great for staying cool while sunbathing! The hot tub is built in and connected to the pool
Activities
There are 9 golf courses within 5 miles, every kind of beach and water sport activity (fishing, dolphin cruises,dinner cruises jet ski, parasail, etc), biking, Lots of kids activities (water park, race track, putt-putt, movies, arcade) within 2 miles. Many excellent restaurants and of course lots of shopping and antiquing! There is the Silver Sands outlet mall, and the new Destin Commons with over 70 shops and a state of the art theater (located less than a mile from the house).
Crystal Beach is in middle between San Destin and Destin proper. We are about 1/2 a mile from the restaurant The Crab Trap(great family place on the water) and only a few blocks where you will find the world famous Beachwalk Cafe with Chef Tim Creehan(on the water). We are also located about 3 blocks from the restaurant Camille's (great sushi and seafood; also has a good kids menu) and about 2 miles from Pompano Joes. There is also a great little coffee shop right below Camille's as well.
