Vacation Rental Description
Sandpiper Cove is a gated community, with 24 hour guard service, located on beautiful Holiday Isle. There is 1100 feet of soft sugar-white sand beach and a beach side pavilion with bathrooms. Full beach service includes rentals of umbrella/chairs, sailboats, kayaks, and wave runners.  
 
There are 5 pools (1 heated), 3 hot-tubs, 6 tennis courts (3 are lit), a FREE 9/hole par 3 golf course, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. All amenities are included. The gourmet restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is on-site and overlooks the private marina and boat ramp. The area offers many great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and special events. Great fishing charters and many championship golf courses are near by.  
 
Our bright and open unit overlooks one of the heated pools (there are 5 pools, 2 heated) and the second green of the golf course. The master suite has a king-size bed, a second TV, a dressing area, a full bath, and is totally separate from the rest of the unit. Watch your kids swim from your balcony or a 5 min. walk to the beach.  
 
We feel totally blessed with our "Little Piece of Paradise" and look forward to sharing it with you and yours!!

The gourmet restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is on-site and overlooks the private marina and boat ramp. The area offers many great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and special events.     A $200 refundable security/damage deposit is required to hold your dates. After you have checked out and the unit is cleaned and checked by our service, we will send you another $200 check back. When deposit is received, we will send you a receipt with a brochure and further instructions. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment by personal check, cashiers check or bank transfer of US currency. Prices do not include 11% Florida Tax and $95 cleaning fee. You must be 25 yrs of age with proof at check-in. Maximum capacity is 6. If there are more than 6, you will NOT receive your deposit back. Exeception: If the 7th person is an infant and using the Pak-n-Play.
