When you drive into our complex you will find the harbor to your right and we are on your left on the beach. There is an elevator and parking is next to our building.. The beach and sand dunes are located right outside the pool gate. You don't have any streets to cross and there are no buildings in front to obstruct your views. No need to pay for scuba diving or snorkeling just step out on the beach and walk to the water. We have a new pillowtop king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and we have twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area along with a chair and a half with ottoman. All linens are furnished as well as a start-up supply of paper and cleaning products. All appliances are updated and the kitchen is fully supplied. There are 2 TV's and there is a CD/DVD player in the living area. There is a bar height table and chairs on our balcony for boat watching, sunset dining, porpoise watching,, reading or just relaxing.

Our condo is located in the heart of Destin (old Destin) near the bridge, Destin Harbor, East Pass and Crab Island. Holiday Isle is made up of private homes and condos. This area is very private and the island is only 3 miles long and lined with sidewalks for jogging, walking, etc. Big Kahuna Water Park and The Track are nearby too so this really gives you the best of both worlds. Privacy and Activity.

Reservation/Security Deposit is $150 and is due to reserve our condo. This deposit if fully refundable within 7 days after your departure providing no damage has been done to the unit.The rental fee is due 2 weeks before you check into the unit. There is a 11% Fla. sales tax that is additional. Cleaning fee is included in weekly rentals Less than a week rental, cleaning fee is $65 We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
