WE HAVE 2 CONDO'S; located in BUILDING #1 ON THE 8th FLOOR, and BUILDING #2 ON THE 10th FLOOR, which is as close as you can get to the Gulf. Walk in the foyer, you see water, cook in the kitchen while looking at water, see the Gulf while laying in the king-size master bedroom bed, or watch the dolphins and boats from the living/dining room and balcony. We have GORGEOUS GULF VIEWS from our Destin, Florida condo's! 
 
Our condo's are very large with 1450 sq. ft.and 1525 sq ft. King-size bed in Master Bedroom's. Guest Bedroom has two double beds on 8th floor and King size on 10th floor. The kitchen's are well equipped with everything you have at home. Washer/dryer in condo's. We have a Olympic size heated Swimming Pool with Baths, Fitness Room and Sauna at our beautiful Clubhouse overlooking a lake. Two Tennis courts, and Shuffle Board. 
 
We share our owner's storage closet filled with beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, floats etc. with our guests. You need only to bring beach towels and binoculars. Now you can leave all that sand outside.  
 
Walk to the finest restaurants, shopping, water park. SHORELINE TOWERS is located on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The water is a beautiful emerald blue/green color with sugar fine white sand. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NON SMOKERS.
